Waze's mission is to work together to improve the quality of everyone's daily driving. By taking part in the Waze community you agree to comply with Waze’s Terms of Service and Community Terms, which detail Waze’s policy with regards to permitted and prohibited content and behavior and the standard of conduct that we expect from our users.
We take our standards of conduct seriously, and performing prohibited actions under our policies or submitting illegal content may (depending on the frequency and severity of the conduct) result in immediate, temporary, or permanent suspension of posting and editing privileges (even, in some cases, without prior notification). Serious or sustained offenses in violation of the Terms of Service and Community Terms can also result in the suspension of the user's access to the forum and/or blocking of the user’s Waze account.
If content that you submitted has been removed or your account has been restricted by Waze due to a violation of our policies, and we have your email address, we will notify you about such a decision via email. If you believe that we’ve made a mistake, you may appeal this decision by replying to the email within six months of our decision. We'll evaluate the appeal and notify you of the outcome of the appeal. Repeated submission of manifestly unfounded appeals may, depending on the frequency and severity of the conduct, result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your ability to submit further appeals.
